What is your Hourly Rate?

We do not charge an hourly rate. Instead we offer a variety of tailored packages with individual pricing options to suit your needs. Check out our package options on our website, or send us an email at cleanlyadelaide@gmail.com.
Do I need to supply products?

Your cleaner will come fully equipped with all eco-friendly products and equipment, so you do not need to supply anything.
Do you offer Bond Cleans?

We do not offer End of Lease Cleans at this time. However, you can book a Deep Clean Package to help get most of the work done.
Do you offer Oven Cleans?

Unfortunately, we do not offer oven cleaning at this time.
Do you use Bleach?

We do not use bleach in any of our cleaning services.
Do I need to be home during my service?

You do not need to be home during your cleaning service. Simply provide us with a spare key or lockbox code, and we'll take care of everything so you can return to a clean home!
Will I have the same Cleaner each time?

You will be assigned the same cleaner to conduct your cleans. However, in the event of sickness or holidays, we'll make every effort to provide another cleaner so you never miss a clean!
Do you offer Window Cleaning?

No, we do not offer window cleaning at this time.
